A Treat of a Post about Dog Treats
One Two Three Four Bully Sticks Are At The Door
Max the lovable yellow lab has a tendency like most dogs to bark and run to the door whenever someone knocks, rings the door bell, or approaches the house. Lately however, Max is keen to the screeching breaks of the big brown truck that comes to visit our house once a month. Max knows that the UPS man is bringing him another shipment of Bully Sticks Dog Treats.
The other day, Max’s ears perked up. He knew something was afoot! A few days ago an order of Bully Sticks was placed and I have to believe Max was eavesdropping in on the online order placement. I tried to hide it from him, but he saw me reach for the credit card. A sure give away that Max will get his beloved online Dog Treats.
Sure enough, Max was right, he heard the Big Brown Van screeching breaks. He smelled the UPS driver decked out in his brown uniform with shorts and walking boots. He sensed him soon to be delivered package. Max could hear, sense, smell and eventually see the Bully Sticks box walking it’s way up the driveway toward the door. The anticipation was overwhelming for the yellow lab. He knew the prize Dog Treats were almost here.
The door bell rang, Max barked, I moved, the UPS man dropped the package and skedaddled away. Max used his jaws to open the front door. His package was right in front of him.
Luckily I was able to get to the package before Max ripped it to shreds. His bully sticks were here. He was happy. The world was set right again in Max’s eyes anyway!!
